This notice covers the Ferguson Solar website and its enquiry forms.

Information, not a quotation

Website content is general guidance for discussing rooftop solar. Service descriptions describe proposed areas of enquiry. Availability, technical suitability, scope, pricing and responsibilities need to be confirmed in a written proposal.

Calculator estimates

The calculator uses editable, illustrative assumptions. It is not an engineering design, utility bill prediction, financial recommendation or guarantee of savings. It does not calculate subsidy entitlements or guarantee payback. Actual results depend on roof conditions, equipment, usage, tariffs and applicable rules.

Permissions and technical decisions

Net metering, system capacity and export treatment depend on the applicable utility and regulatory requirements. The website does not guarantee approval. Structural and electrical decisions require assessment by appropriately qualified personnel.

Photography and project information

Photography labelled illustrative shows possible solar applications; it does not represent completed Ferguson Solar work. Published project records, when available, are kept separate from illustrative photographs.

Enquiries and next steps

Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create an installation contract. Any commercial agreement, equipment warranty or work schedule must be confirmed separately. Please provide accurate contact details and do not submit unlawful or unsolicited content.
